All items offered are brand new with/without tags and all shoes come in the box.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Once an item has been bought, we expect payment within five (5) days. If you cannot make the payment within the 5 days, send a message letting us know and we will hold the item within our discretion. Otherwise, if we have not received payment within 5 days, the item will be relisted.

We accept all payments through PayPal Checkout. If you don't have a PayPal account, you may still pay via the PayPal website by using your credit card.

RETURNS You may return an item for refund or exchange (if item is available) within 14 days of the order date as indicated on the original receipt (packing slip). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Before returning the item, please send a message indicating your reason for return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Contact us for the address to return the item.

SHIPPING Items will be shipped once payment is made and has been cleared. If paying by e-check, you must wait the 5-7 business days until payment has cleared, items will not be shipped before that time. Shipping within

Canada can take between 1-15 business days. Shipping to the continental United States can take anywhere between 5-30 business days. We offer a shipping discount for ordering multiple items (excluding items already including free shipping). International packages are shipped by Canada Post Parcel Surface and takes four to six (4-6) weeks for delivery. We offer a shipping discount for ordering multiple items. If you do purchase multiple items, please request a combined invoice before paying.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING All import duties, taxes and charges are the responsibility of the buyer and is not included in the shipping price. Please check with your respective country's customs office to determine what the additional import costs will be before purchasing an item.
